I know Rock in Rio ended some days ago, but I couldn’t let it pass without saying a few words about it. I didn’t get see it live, but I had the chance to follow some of the concerts on TV.
This year edition was without a doubt better then the a lot more “POPish” previous edition .
For me the best RiR performances this year were Muse, The Offspring and Linkin Park. I have to say I was quite surprised with Linkin Park performance. I attended a LP show back in 2004 (I think…) and their interaction with the audience was a bit limited. I’m not much into LP nowadays but this year at RiR they acted completely different, making an Epic closer to Rock in Rio Lisbon!

Now Wishing someday Rock in Rio will bring Silverchair to Portugal…
I think it was a great show. I loved particularly Alanis Morissette because I’m a huge fan of hers.
But the best fun I had was seeing Amy Drunkhouse…
Muse was amazing , as always….
