Visualizer Magazine

Here at Paintbits we’re very interested in Digital Art and we specially love eZines. I was contacted the other day by some friendly people about a recent Digital Art Magazine called Visualizer Magazine. They have already released the first issue on Jan 1 2010 and are currently accepting submitions for their next issue coming out in March. If you’re interested the deadline is March 10, 2010.

Google Chrome’s New Ad
I don’t recall seeing much Google video ads. But I do know that this one is fantastic. Somehow gives you a warm feeling, a feeling from when things were simpler…
WoW Magazine
WoWmagz issue 7 was recently released and I’ve been reading it in the last couple of days. To be honest I hadn’t read more than one issue of this magazine (from when I posted a compilation of some great Digital Art eZines), but this issue is quite great. This is usually not something I look upon, since it usually means flashy, uninspired, overdone, ugly (or more commonly referred as fugly), “insert adjective here”, etc… outputs. Basicly, computer modding together with car modding are synonymous of bad taste.
This is why I was quite surprised by the professional look and slickness of most of the computers showedcase on Million Dollar PC website.
From the ones I saw, Murderbox was one of my favorites. Very robust output, slick design, solid colors, nothing overdone (in my opinion), basically what a computer system should be like (as everything else in life to be honest).
