Cataclysm seems really cool to be honest mindseas. But I agree with you, I'm way more enthusiastic about SC2 than WoW or Diablo 3. Diablo 3 will only be here in 2011 so that doesn't even count.

Starcraft 2 on the other hand will be in 2010 and I'll be a happy buyer for sure.

Yes I saw the Battle.net features, they look great. I saw a video also about the new Map tiles in BlizzCon and was amazing. You guys should check it out: <a href="http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/starcraft2/video/6216011/starcraft-ii-heart-of-the-swarm-starcraft-ii-art-panel-highlights" rel="nofollow">Starcraft II - Blizzcon @ Gamespot</a>.

For Auir! ^^

It's indeed been a long wait and it's coming to an end soon. What's a few more months to ten years? =]

You'll be happy to know that it was stated quite clearly by Mike Morheime in one interview at Blizzcon 09 that SC II beta will be out this year. Meaning it's possible the wings of whatever-it-was will be out early next year if all go well.

The new plans they have for battle.net and inter-game-functionality (mostly to do with friends staying it touch across blizzard games, realms and such) seem really promising to be honest, I'm really excited about the new map editor and what you can do with it as I've liked making maps in Brood War.

On top of all that the way they've built the campaing seems very very appealing to me. Lots more depth being added into the experience.

And with the mega change to be coming our way in Cataclysm...I'm not sure if it's something I'm too enthusiastic about at the moment.
