Steam: The Five Day Long

Means… promotions! Lot’s of them. There is a timer on Steam front page, when the timer reaches Zero different promotions will activate. Right now as I write this, several games are selling at a 50% cut off. One of them is Grid, a great game for 5 EUROS! Sold!! To me!

Most likely to do with the Black Friday in the states, as it is quite a big part of annual game sales – among other things.
Judging from the header on the link, it almost seems like it might be a counteraction for retail discounts…which is interesting a way.
Too bad there aren’t any games of great interest there aside from Arkham Asylum which I won’t buy for the PC anyway. Promises to be an awesome game if one bases on critics and the demo. Highly recommended.
Farcry 2 isn’t worth the price, trust me =]

Yes, indeed. Well I think Grid is well worth it of you like the genre. :)
I’m not much into playing a game like Batman, but yes, the reviews say it’s a great title.

Yep, and todays offers are significantly more interesting overall, though I’m surprised they put L4D2 this early in the run. Anyway, not low enough for me to consider quite yet =]
I wonder what sort of a game you think The Bat is from that comment, but maybe we’ll have a chance to talk about it another time.
