Update to WordPress 2.9
Just updated my website to the latest version of WordPress, version 2.9. As always WordPress is greatly improving each new release, version 2.9 is no expectation.
There are a lot of new features in 2.9. The ones I like the most are Global undo/”trash” feature, Batch plugin update and compatibility checking and Easier video embeds that “allow you to just paste a URL on its own line and have it magically turn it into the proper embed code”. New in this version is also a small Built-in image editor, nice for small and quick image editing.
2.9 had some errors with PHP’s curl extension, so in fact I’m using WordPress 2.9.1 instead of 2.9.0. It’s still in Beta but since it’s a small bug fix release you can install it with no problem. Get it here.

Não leves a mal o que vou dizer mas acho que não devias postar qual a versão do wordpress que usas ou deixas de usar.
Ao saberem a versão que usas, visitante mal intencionados podem usar erros conhecidos nessa mesma versão para te “hackarem” o blog.

Não me estava tanto a referir a hackers “profissionais” mas sim àqueles rapazitos engraçados que só porque vêem na net como se faz algo já saem por ai fora a estragar tudo…

Definitely love the 2.9 upgrade! The batch plug-in update was huge! Some of the plug-ins didn’t like the 2.9 version right away so I’m waiting until those update to make the jump to 2.9.1.
