Lego Digital Designer

I’ve always liked LEGOs since I was a child. There always been some products imitations on the market, but LEGO is the real thing. I don’t put my hands in one LEGO brick for some years now but I’m still quite fascinated with this little toys. You can build amazing stuff with these, your imagination is the limit actually and with LEGOs products like Mindstorms even that might not be a limitation!

Recently LEGO released a Windows or Mac OSX program to design LEGOs in digitally in your computer. It’s called LEGO Digital Designer (LDD) and I’m allready installing it…

I’m pretty convinced that every engineer and/or architect started out with a LEGO fascination as a child. Bringing it to the computer kinda takes a bit of the fun and imagination out of it for me, but I could see the benefits if using it as a modeler, and planning out how pieces of what would be needed to build said creation.
