SUMO Paint
Browsing my daily favorites stumbled upon YAOPE (Yet Another Online Photo Editor), this one known by the name of SUMO Paint. Its interface is similar to your generic photo editor, like Photoshop or PaintShop Pro.
I gave you a full list of Online Photo Editors in the Best of the Web 2.0 but this is another one to keep an eye into it.
