Hi there fellas. I’m away from the City, on vacations in Algarve, Portugal. I don’t have much time or chance to come to the Internet, and will be like that till I return home.

I would just like to write, saying that the website might be down in the next days. Why? Because apparently the 100GB Bandwidth Limit I have from the ISP won’t be enough. I’ve been having around 10K visits per day in this week on my Wallpaper posts and that is “sucking” all my bandwidth.

Lumen Reborn is here…
… or part of it! Well, most of the theme is done now. There is still a lot of areas to work on but I guess that can be done in small stages. It’s the sidebar and footer that needs most of the work, but the rest is pretty usable I would say. :)
Updating the theme Part III
Today I spent a bit of my not much free time to code a little more. The theme is undergoing but still much to do. So I don’t know if it will be ready this week. Haven’t yet touched the comments, so they are unformatted.
Anyway, in the above image you can see a short “preview”. I want to be able to code as much as possible the functionalities of the theme so the use of wordpress plugins is limited to the minimum, this of course, expands the time needed to program the theme.

Updating the Theme Part II
Oh well, I’m already working on the new theme. :) Slowly, but getting there :)
I think I will be able to post a small picture of the ongoing theme soon. One thing I can tell you, making a theme from scratch, is a LOT of work. So much stuff to do, so much CSS to write. Anyway is a great process of learning. It is the first theme I’m doing from scratch, since the last one I was using (based on K2) I’ve only wrote the CSS for it.
I plan on posting an article to help those that like me want to create their own wordpress theme. Stay tuned.
